Brandon Caruana is an information technology leader with over 15 years of planning, developing, managing and monitoring the successful rollout of complex technology solutions that improves operations, reduces costs and fosters employee collaboration. Brandon has developed and delivered several multi-million-dollar projects within the financial services industry and the digital assets industry. His expertise has been recognized by the Cayman Islands Government and the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority and he is often requested to advise on best practices in the digital assets industry. He is a member of the Financial Services Legislative Committee’s FinTech Subcommittee and a founding member of the Blockchain Association of the Cayman Islands. He most recently developed the first and only regulated proprietary digital asset custody solution in the Cayman Islands and has been recognized as a driving force for corporate innovation. Brandon is experienced in building bridges between technology and business divisions to promote cooperation, improve communication, and drive project results. He is regularly invited to be a speaker at digital asset conferences to share his knowledge.
Brian Tang is a CFA charterholder with previous experience at investment management firms, family offices, and private banks. Brian has directly supported senior management executives in the strategic decision-making process. At a private bank, he led several department-wide change management and efficiency improvement initiatives; provided business intelligence reporting and strategic recommendations that directly led to over $1M in increased revenue per annum; and consistently united business divisions for improved collaboration. Most recently, Brian led the digital asset custody operations for a Cayman Islands-based trust company. His duties included business development, ongoing digital asset risk reporting and analysis, and overseeing day-to-day operations.
